PrintPro provides digital printing services including but not limited to:
- Flex printing for banners and outdoor advertising
- Poster printing for events and promotions
- Business card printing
- Digital marketing materials
- Garment printing
- Certificate and award printing
3. Order Process
When you place an order with PrintPro:
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information
- You are responsible for ensuring all files meet our specifications
- Orders are subject to approval and may be rejected if they don't meet our quality standards
- We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are subject to change without notice. Payment terms are as follows:
- Payment is required before production begins for new customers
- Established customers may be eligible for credit terms
- All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
- Additional charges may apply for rush orders or special requests
5. File Specifications
Customers are responsible for providing print-ready files that meet our specifications:
- Files must be in CMYK color mode for color printing
- Minimum resolution of 300 DPI for high-quality prints
- Accepted formats: PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, JPG, PNG
- All fonts must be outlined or embedded
6. Proofing and Approval
We recommend reviewing proofs before final production:
- Digital proofs are provided upon request
- Customer approval is required before production
- Once approved, changes cannot be made without additional charges
- Color variations may occur due to monitor calibration differences
7. Delivery and Shipping
Delivery terms and conditions:
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout
- Risk of loss passes to customer upon delivery
- We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers
8. Returns and Refunds
Our return and refund policy:
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be in original condition
- Custom or personalized items cannot be returned
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days
9. Intellectual Property
All content and materials provided by customers remain their property. PrintPro:
- Respects customer intellectual property rights
- Will not use customer designs for any purpose other than fulfilling orders
- Reserves the right to refuse printing copyrighted material without proper authorization
10. Limitation of Liability
PrintPro's liability is limited to the value of the order. We are not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of profits or business opportunities
- Damages resulting from delays or errors in customer-provided files
11. Changes to Terms
PrintPro reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
